CoreGood fruit · Greater potential
From invasive
to irresistible.
We harvest autumn olive — an overabundant, invasive resource — and turn it into exceptional foods with a little help from AI.
Invasive by nature.
Removed by humans.
Run by AI.

The origin
Nobody planted these.
Hundreds of autumn olive plants appeared naturally across the property. No orchard was established. Wildlife dispersed the seed, and the plants did the rest.
Autumn olive (Elaeagnus umbellata) is listed as an invasive noxious weed in Virginia. So instead of treating the fruit as waste, we asked a different question: could the fruit already growing here become something people genuinely want?
BOTS harvests fruit from existing plants. We do not cultivate or propagate the species, and we do not sell plants or viable seed.

AI in action
This isn't just a berry company.
BOTS Berries is a working experiment in what happens when artificial intelligence helps operate a real physical business. Every system below runs the company day to day — material financial decisions still require human approval.
Demand forecasting
Batch sizes planned against real order history and season.
Inventory
Jar counts, harvest yield and release limits tracked continuously.
Customer service
Drafted answers, reviewed by a human before they send.
Marketing
Seasonal campaigns generated, then edited down hard.
Product development
Flavor pairings tested against member voting data.
Analytics
Which products are actually profitable, not just popular.
Nashville Farms
The system behind BOTS.
Nashville Farms helps agriculture, HVAC, landscaping, trades and other physical-world operators apply AI to the parts of their business that actually cost them money — inventory, quoting, follow-up, forecasting and reporting.
BOTS Berries is the living laboratory. Not a fictional demo — a functioning small business.
